The Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee is the world’s leading international academic institution in its specialist fields. It is a centre of excellence for the study of law, policy, economics, management, dispute resolution and leadership for the international energy and natural resource sectors.
CEPMLP operates as a multi-disciplinary unit, offering post-graduate degrees for both lawyers and non-lawyers, and carrying out research, often in collaboration with leading international institutions such as the World Bank and the European Commission.
Professional training seminars and conferences offered by CEPMLP now attract some 1000 professionals from industry, government and academia on an annual basis creating a world-wide platform for interaction and networking opportunities. Exchange and joint-degree programmes continue to attract more students and the Centre continues to play a leading role in training and consultancy.
