The Academy of Government, at Edinburgh University, is currently seeking applications for the Masters of Public Policy (MPP) degree which will begin in September 2011. The Academy of Government is a unique collaboration, in Scotland, between leading academic staff within the University of Edinburgh and policy practitioners within the Scottish Government and wider Scottish policy community.

The 15 month MPP course is designed for graduates of social science degrees who want an advanced professional qualification that will provide a launch-pad for a career in the public sector, nonprofit sector or international policy community. The MPP offers the opportunity to study in an environment which is genuinely at the interface of policy and practice.

The deadline for application for the MPP is mid July 2011.
